If you're coming to OshCon from far away and you don't
want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room, fear not!
OshCon has dorm-style housing available at
the Gruenhagen Conference Center, right across the street
from the River Center where OshCon is held.
Most rooms include two single beds, two desks with
chairs, two dressers, two closets and a small refrigerator.
Each floor also has separate, community-style men's
and women's restrooms, with private shower stalls. There's
also a centrally located lounge on the lodging floor
for late night gaming after OshCon closes up.
There are two types of lodging service available to
choose from: student-service and full-service.
Student-service settings includes sheets, pillowcase,
and pillow. Individuals will be responsible for making
their own bed. The cost is $24.00 per room, per
night. The full-service setting includes the bed made,
a towel set (two bath towels, one washcloth), soap,
and a drinking cup. The cost for full-service settings
is $34.00 per room, per night.
You can call ahead to Gruenhagen Conference Center
to reserve your room. Call 920.424.1106 or 920.424.1107
and you can reserve (with your credit card) a room for
Friday October 10th, Saturday October 11th, Sunday October 12th or any combination therein. Say that you're with
the OshCon group and you'll be all set.
You can also get a dorm room during the convention by
going to the front desk at Gruenhagen and paying with
cash, check or credit card, however availability cannot
be guaranteed.
