Our dealer area is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday
and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. If you'd like to stay
open longer on Saturday, you may. You'll be able to
sell to players interested in sci-fi, fantasy, gaming,
miniatures, art, and much more. If you'd like to be
a dealer, fill out the form after reading the info below,
and we'll contact you via email.
NOTE: Due to several unconfirmed
cancellations, if you're a new dealer to OshCon, you
will need to pre-pay for your booth. We will contact
you after you sign up with more information (how payment
can be handled). If you contact us 21 days or more before
the show to cancel, we will then return your money.

Please sign up for the
mailing list (in the left column) to be alerted of the
dates for OshCon 2009.
Tables are $25 apiece. Tables are normal six foot conference
size with skirts and tablecloths.
You will be provided with 2 badges with your tables.
More badges can be purchased $1 per badge.
Be aware that the dealer area isn't closed off from
the general gaming area, you'll be right in the middle
of everything. However, when you close each day, the
con will still keep going. We'll try and keep an eye
on your stuff, but your best bet is to pack up your
more valuable merchandise and cash drawer and take it
